New construction & remodels

Electrical scope support from preconstruction through final power-up.

Core Volt supports residential and commercial new construction, additions, remodels, renovations, and phased project work with an emphasis on planning, coordination, code compliance, and dependable field execution.

Construction electrical

The electrical scope starts long before the walls close.

Successful electrical construction begins with understanding the drawings, loads, equipment, pathways, device locations, schedule, and interfaces with other trades. Early coordination can prevent costly changes later — especially around underground work, floor penetrations, kitchen islands, columns, equipment feeds, panel locations, lighting, and concealed pathways.

Core Volt approaches new construction and remodel work as a sequence of coordinated phases. We support the project from early infrastructure through rough-in, trim, equipment connections, testing, punch work, and final completion, while adapting to field conditions and approved project changes as construction progresses.

01

Preconstruction & Scope Review

Review drawings, specifications, equipment requirements, service and panel needs, device layouts, project sequencing, and known field conditions so electrical requirements are identified before installation begins.

02

Temporary Power & Early Infrastructure

Temporary power coordination, underground raceways, sleeves, floor boxes, island feeds, column pathways, exterior provisions, and other electrical work that must be installed before concrete, masonry, framing, or finishes make access difficult.

03

Rough-In & Distribution

Boxes, conduit, cable, branch circuits, panel work, homeruns, equipment feeds, lighting pathways, control wiring provisions, and coordinated rough-in before walls and ceilings are closed.

04

Trim, Fixtures & Equipment Connections

Devices, switches, receptacles, lighting fixtures, panels, breakers, equipment terminations, controls, and final installed components completed in coordination with finished surfaces and project readiness.

05

Testing, Corrections & Closeout

System checks, troubleshooting, punch-list completion, inspection corrections, labeling, final adjustments, and electrical closeout work needed to bring the scope to a complete and professional finish.

Remodel expertise

Existing conditions require planning, flexibility, and judgment.

Remodels often involve hidden conditions, existing circuits, limited access, occupied spaces, and new requirements that must be integrated into older systems. We evaluate what can remain, what must change, and how new electrical work can be installed cleanly while supporting the revised layout and current code requirements.
